Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of the original purchase. However, we don't offer exchanges, so if you need a different item, please place a new order.
Please note that in-store purchases must be returned to the original location of purchase. Returns by mail take 10-14 days to process from the time we receive your package. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to process, but this may vary depending on your financial institution and may take up to one billing cycle to be reflected on your statement. Refunds will go back to your original method of payment, such as PayPal, Credit Card, or Gift Card.
If you want to return a bike or frame, please contact us at sales@bikesupplies.ca before doing so. Please don't return bikes or frames that have been used, installed, or ridden, or that have been exposed to the elements, such as rain or mud. Damaged items are also ineligible for return under our Warranty Policy.
If you need to return an item, please make sure it's new and unused, and that all manufacturer packaging is intact. We recommend using the same BikeSupplies.ca shipping box you received your order in, and including the order number in the package. Please note that damaged manufacturer packaging or items that have been used or exposed to the elements are not eligible for return.
Returns of food or nutritional products, custom-assembled products, or gift card sales are final and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
If you're returning items, you're responsible for providing your own shipping label from the carrier of your choice.

Please remember to take photos of your return before and after repacking for reference, and note that we're not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
